I loved the staff they were so kind even with the language barrier we did just fine communicating. The breakfast that was offered was simple but enough. The smoothies they serve are so delicious. I definitely would stay here again if I should ever be in Niigata. It is centrally located to all the things we wanted to visit.

They have parking for the guest. Staff were friendly and the room was spacious enough. Breakfast was good
